Good control of you exposure on this one Ken.

Can you try and make the image a bit smaller as its difficult to see on the forum.

Try this in Picasa, hopefully it should help!!!

Re-Size an Image for Web

Choose the Export Icon located in the bottom panel of the Picasa Screen. You will now have the Export box open. Firstly use browse if you want to change the location of your web image. Now the important part, Select Resize and change the slider to 640 pixels. Next select Image Quality from the drop down menu and Select CUSTOM, now change the quality to 60% using the slider. Click OK, your new Web Sized Image has now been saved to your chosen folder.
